Weekly Activities
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are divided by grade level, 1st-5th grade. There are two Sunday school hours, 9:45 & 11:00 AM, both include Bible study, scripture memory and other activities related to the lesson.
Preschool
At CBC, Preschoolers are lovingly cared for in all services by experienced and qualified teachers and staff. We strive for excellence in every area to insure safety. This includes training our staff in CPR and first-aid, ongoing support for teachers, maintaining a modern facility, and the availability of a parent-friendly paging system.
Children
We love children! There really is no better way to say it... We believe it is a pleasure to invest in children. Because of that conviction, we are committed to communicating the love of Christ in every way possible. We believe one of the best ways to communicate this love is by having adults, who are committed to Christ, invest in our children through teaching age appropriate, interactive Bible study lessons. These lessons are taught using creative means that involve all the senses to keep the student personally involved.
A need to know for all parents!
The way the children enter the building on Sunday mornings is through a computer security station just outside the preschool entrance. The security system in place is provided by KidCheck. This is for any child still under the D:6 ministries (birth-5th grade). An account can be created here in the building or from the convenience of your home; simply log onto: go.kidcheck.com (leave off the www).
Fourth & Fith graders are allowed to check themselves in through the computers, as long as you are comfortable having them do so. This system is also used to manage attendance on Sunday mornings, so please make sure your children are checked in every Sunday.
