THE CCDP TEAM

Cassandra Krupovage

Hello I am Cassandra Krupovage. I’m currently a Senior at New Mexico State University, studying Early Childhood Education. I have genuinely fell in love with the Reggio- Emilia based education and find myself constantly striving to implement their theories into other aspects of my life. I am also an Alumni for the Delta Zeta Sorority and a member of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Puppy Training Club. On top of participating in these organizations I coach tumblebugs and pre team at Gym Magic. On Sundays I enjoy my time teaching Sunday school at Calvary Baptist church, where I myself have learned numerous wonderful lessons for the past 18 years. I have always enjoyed watching children learn and develop their own personality. I truly believe that children hold more knowledge and value than our society gives them credit for. This semester I hope to learn as much from children as they learn daily in our class!

Truly,

Cassandra Krupovage

He said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.

  — Matthew 18:1-5

Julia Mendoza

Hello, I am Julia Mendoza. I’m a graduate from New Mexico State University with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Filmmaking and a minor in Dance. I have always had a great passion for both Film and Dance and I am lucky to have had the chance to pursue them both. I was an active member of NMSU’s Contemporary Dance Theater and Hip Hop Company throughout my college experience. Outside of school, I have been a dancer at Verdi Academy of Dance for the past eighteen years and have assisted teaching younger children ballet. I am excited to pass on my knowledge of dance onto children and gain more knowledge from them as well.

Regina Gonzalez

Hello, my name is Regina Gonzalez. I am a sophomore at New Mexico University studying Early Childhood Education and Dance. The reason why I am pursuing teaching is because teachers and students can learn from each other in different ways. I am also currently involved with NMSU’s Contemporary Dance Theatre. My dance background comes from being a part of the dance community for nine years now and having been part of different dance organizations such as Jazz 2000 Dance Studio, Coronado Dance Company, and now NMSU CDT.
